| "the room is good and nice and clean the only thing i didnt like by charging you customer the car park for $ 5.OO dollars a day. you supposed to provide your costomer a carpark. i was discasting by charging $5.00 dollar for parking the park under net.by hind sight you are reponsible to accomodate the cosmer for parking but not charging. i dont think i will come back and stay again. i spend lots of money using your facility like having a massage and had dinner in your restaurant. i just didnt agree charging costomer the carpark." |

| "They 1st arranged a lower floor for us to stay but able to switch to a higher floor. Thanks for Alice/Reception made such the arrangement for us.
The facilities in hotel seems a bit old fashion but we are happy with the free underground parking and buffet breadfast they have!
It takes only 20 mins. to Movie/Sea World by car and the shopping area/sufer paradise just within a walking distance.
We look forward to see a new look of this hotel in a very near future." |

| "The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was probably smaller than average and due to the fact that windows could not be opened and there is no balcony, it felt quite pokey. The recycled air smelled strongly of cigarettes even though we were on a non smoking floor. This was particularly irritating. We spent as much time away from the hotel as possible but sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. We would not stay there again for this reason. " |
