| "We stayed at the hotel as it was within easy distance to our family, giving clean comfortable rooms, with kettle, toaster, mini fridge, iron and ironing board. (not available in most other hotels I looked at) The facilities at the Casino are great from coffee bars to restarants, and the joy of overlooking the river. We really enjoyed using the leisure facilites available to quests with pool, sauna, jaccuzzi, and gym.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reasonable accommodation, within easy access to the centre of Hobart, by bus, taxi and for the fit, walking distance. Sandy Bay Road is in walking distance and offers a variety of shops, and eating houses. " |

| "Staff were helpful and courteous, able to provide information and arrange tours with short notice.
Room was clean and of adequate size, nicely decorated and very comfortable. View from room was toward the river, very nice.
View from revolving lounge was spectacular.
Food was of good quality and reasonably priced." |

| "fantastic spot, breakfast was really great with a fantastic view. buses to town were fantastic every 20mins. views everywhere you looked. smokers terrace's with heating an added bonus. i really would like to see balconies on the rooms though. its not a good place for kids/families but fantastic for a great getaway for mum and dad. everything we needed was right there, and we didnt need to drive all weekend. thanks for a relaxing weekend." |

| "The staffs in Concierge were helpful, we asked them to book Taxi for City Centre the next day and Airbus for Airport the other day, they booked them right away without delay. Especially, they helped me to find out the restaurants I want, they even kept menus of restaurants for reference.
The room was big comparing to same star hotel. There are also a fancy mirror with light bulbs which made me feel like a movie star.
The only thing I disappointed was hair dryer not provided in the room.
