| "The room was large but basic with tiled floor and more beds than we needed but only one chair. The resort is 40 kilometres from Jabiru but the bar and cafe serve good food (especially the barramundi) at reasonable prices and basic supplies can be bought from the kiosk. The resort supplied plenty of bottled water because the bore water on tap has to be boiled before drinking.
There is a lovely walk through forest to a nearby lake. We drove to Ubirr, Anbangbang and Bowali Visitors Centre and learnt a lot about aboriginal culture there." |

| "We booked the Kakadu room & stayed 1N on 21 Sep 2007. The lady @ the reception was v friendly & even reminded us that the water was not consumable thus two complimentary bottles of water was provided. Our rm was on the upper flr, which was nice as it has a rear window view overseeing the spa & swimming pool in the middle of the compound. The room was clean & comfortable for 2pax. In the morning, the compound is alive with kangaroos & birds chipping away. We ate all meals @ the hotel as it's pretty far fr amenities. We found the food menu rather unique and the continental brkfast buffet @A$18 value for money with abundance of fresh fruits & even yogurt! The only minus is that the hotel is apprx 1.5hrs drive fr Cooinda where the Yellow Water Cruise starts. Nvrtless, for the $, I will stay at Aurora, just nid 2 build in more time 2 trvl around. So if u plan 2 stay there, make sure u buy your F&B stuff fr the nearest road house or from Darwin." |

| "Situated almost at the centre of the Kakadu national park, the resort offers a good resting place for travellers. Restaurants are good with reasonable princing. Other facilities are basic but more than adequate at such a large national park location." |
