A good motel in walking distance to the main street in Kathleen and we would probably book it again (if we would go back to Katherine...).
Just a few negative points:
No toaster (most of the other motels we stayed in had a toaster) - we asked at the reception and were told that the Budget-Chain (or was it Best Western??) does not allow it.....
At night we had "chewing" noises in the wall next to our bed and also sometimes squeeking noises....like a mouse.... we called recception and some gu came over but of course when he was there we could not hear anything and he anyway said "what you want me to do" (well, maybe offer us another room???).
We set by the pool in the afternoon for a bit....would be nice to have some sunbeds there and not just normal chairs....
But as I said - a solid motel if you are travelling through and staying for one or 2 nights.
