| "We were on our honeymoon. The hotel did acknowledge that. We were totally disappointed on this our special day. The so called spa, was nothing more than a single small bath with a couple of jets in it. I believe this to be false advertising considering that it is in a King room. We both complained to the front desk, but there was nothing she would do for us. I intend to take this matter further. We paid top dollar for this room ($U.S.), but believed that it would be worth it, cosidering the special occasion. A honeymoon does not happen too often in ones life. Our day was ruined as obvious expectations were not fulfilled.
There were other faults at the hotel, but fall into insignificance, compared to the spa room. " |
