"Beautiful garden surroundings, bird life etc. Comfortable room with the ability to let in fresh air. Very restful. We enjoyed the experience. Given Qlds water problems the toilet cistern was faulty - we reported this to the housekeeper, I hope it was followed up. Why is it necessary to hose the pool area of leaves? What about using a vacumm cleaner? Enjoyed the meals - please pass this on. Magentic Is. worth visiting (apart from current construction). Given it is likely guests do not have their vehicles could you include in your advertising how to get to the complex and request the port authority installs lockers. Given that any "explosives" may have been bought over it is unlikely someone would store them at the new terminal and then carry them back to the mainland. "
