| "We were particularly disappointed to have to be kept awake until 2 am by the noise from the bar downstairs on our first night, and then until 1 am after the night manager rang the police on the second night. Romesh was particularly helpful and moved us for the third night. We would only stay again if we were able to be located on the Myer side of the building. Also felt that a little more attention could be paid to cleaning, particularly skirtings and tiles. The pillows too leave a lot to be desired." |

| "Air conditioning did not work properly Room temp did not get below 29 degrees centigrade. Was told at reception that the unit was old and could not cope with the heatwave. No fans available. Also there was a large tear on the sofa." |

| "Very conveniently located.Nice hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor in 2 one bedroom for 2 nights in August. We had to go up stairs for sleeping and get down to the bathroom at night in the room under the roof. This will have problem of air-con in summer.Anyway we love to stay ,will recommend to our friends." |

| "I travelled with a friend and we had twin beds in a single room. The room was good and facilities and location was great, the only thing we had a problem with was swiping our card in the elevator, sometimes it didn't seem to work but after several swipes we were away. The only other thing we noticed was the noise at night but we both live in the country in New Zealand where it is very quiet and we were staying in a large city this was no reflection on pacific apartments who were helpful and friendly even loaning us scales to weigh our luggage for travel home. Will stay there again for sure " |

| "The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. The reception is nice but not flexible for early check-in. Room is neat. Overall it's good for first-time-get-in-city travllers to stay." |

| "We found this apartment hotel a good central location for activities in the centre of Melbourne.
The facilities in the apartment, including the use of a microwave particularly useful." |
