The facilities at the hotel were up to my expectations, however, the only down side was that I had booked a late flight and would have preferred to stay on in the room a little longer, but the fee for doing this was very expensive!

| "A well situated hotel ideally located for all city centre activities. Chinatown is nearby which is ideal for all chinese food lovers. Car parking is at a premium, and expensive if you use the hotel's." |

| "My husband and I had a really great time in Melbourne and at Crossley too! The hotel does not have a grand lobby but the staff is extremely helpful and kind. I was lucky to be served by a few pretty and helpful ladies. They actually helped me to book all day tours during my stay with very detailed explanation, method of payment and follow-up service. The location of the hotel is near China Town. You don't have to worry about what to eat and where to eat. It is also near the City Circle - a free-of-charge tram, taking you to all must-see and must-go spots. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you!" |

| "Very good location, walking distance to city centre. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Room service was expensive and restaurant never seemed to have any patrons.
A great place to stay if you are looking for a basic place to stay close to the city and transport without the extra's.
