Great View of the city skyline from our room in this Southbank location.Easy & pleasant walking distance from hotel to riverside esplanade with great choice of restaurants. Decent sized and well furnished, modern contemporary rooms, pleasant helpful staff who particularly welcomed our 7 year old son which makes all the difference as a parent when travelling so far away from home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone like us, wishing to avoid the direct hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet be close enough to reach its facilities.

| "I was really happy with this Hotel and would definitely stay there again, I do not have any negative comments to make, it was all good our last night was a bit Pricey but was to be expected due to being Grand Final weekend. Which also had its benefits, lots of free entertainment at our fingertips. " |

| "Enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Crown Promenade. Our room was lovely - clean and spacious with a great view. Hotel is in an ideal location and was close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Friendly service with a smile, great pool and gym facilities. Overall, thought Crown Promenade was great value and would stay there again and not hesitate to recommend to others visiting Melbourne." |

| "sorry, i'm not sure if the + and - thingys worked on the website, but i would rate the crown promenade a 10 out of 10. It was very easy to book and confirm and the room was perfect and obviously that location was fantastic. We got in late and asked for a late check out and it was no problem at all. really great. " |

| "Very swift check-in, complimentary upgrade to corner suite room (2179), met my request for a room on a high floor, great view of city both north & west facing. I thought I had booked a non-smoking room, however the room allocated had a distint stale cigarette smell which was a shame, but I may have omitted to request non smoking, was fine otherwise. Buffet breakfast was good although found waiters not as attentive as I would have expected from this standard of hotel. Valet parking was efficient." |
