| "This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in Australia. Room is big and decoration is very modern. The location is also superb and very convenient.
The hotel staff are very service oriented and always wear a smile. It made our stay a very wonderful experience." |

| "Good quality hotel but at a price.Ideal for Crown Casino and associated shops and restaurants.We were at a conference,for which it was ideal,but as we have two children will probably not stay there again in the next few years.Obviously recently renovated but the bathroom taps were quite cheap and one of the shower ones fell off,there was no bath.Also the room was ideal for a flat panel TV but instead there was an enormous old fashioned one.Overall however was very good." |

| "One of the reason I choose Crown Promenade was the location, proximity to the casino and to enjoy a short weekend getaway with my wife. AsiaRooms made it very easy to book my accomodation at the hotel however I was a little disappointed that the ensuite doesn't have a bathtub and the basic toileteries (eg. Tooth brush, tooth paste) were not provided. " |
