After looking forward to my stay at the Crown Promenade I was rather disappointed, not in the room which is fine, however the service is appalling!!! I have never come across such disinterested staff in all of my business travels throughout SE Asia and Europe. In addition, I requested a late check-out due to a late flight, however unless I was willing to pay between $40-$50 (oh, depending on who I asked) for an additional 2 hours, I was instructed I had to leave my room dead on time. I found this totally unreasonable and inflexible to say the least. Sure, if you can’t find another hotel this one will do, however I would strongly suggest you find yourself another room.

| "My wife and I stayed with our friends on the 14th floor in separate rooms, we all found the amenities ie, internet, fridge bar facilities, coat hangers, the view with the big windows and the rooms were spotless. This booking was made affordable by using this website asiarooms.com as they had the best rates and the communication process was easy and always correct. I guess the only one point of interest was the rooms did not have lcd/plasma televisions, but as we were out for most of the night it didnt matter. A great stay and a great booking service!" |
