| "The hotel was definately a 5* experience. Everything met with our expectations. The room was large and extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished.The pool and gym were outstanding.
Only one embarrising moment - there was actually other guests still using the room. However, the hotel were extremely apologetic and presented us with a lovely bottle of champagne and a magnificent complimentary buffet breakfast for two.........definately a hotel for a special occasion." |

| "My husband and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Crown Towers in 1998 and our 20th Wedding Anniversary again this year. It is the best five star hotel we've stayed at. Everything is first class, from the magnificent foyer, pool and gym facilities, room decor but most of all the service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is delivered to your door. The beds get turned down each evening which is a nice touch.
Have I mentioned the location? It just doesn't get better than that. Being part of the fabulous Crown Entertainment Complex means that everything is within reach. We enjoyed the Casino, the many first class restaurants including Silks, Phillippe Mouchel's Brasserie and the more casual but fantastic Automatic. We also enjoyed a movie in the Crown Gold Class Cinema where we shared a bubbly.
I like the whole atmosphere at Crown Complex. There are crowds everywhere 24/7 and yet you don't feel crowded or cramped. Everything else Melbourne has to offer is also within easy reach. " |

| "Hotel itself great. 5 stars. Bit of bad service at one of the hotel restaurants - Breeze (for an up market eatery, service wasn't the best)
Apart from that, hotel location, room etc fantastic. Plenty to do around the area." |

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Crown Towers Hotel.
The room was beautifully appointed.
The staff were friendly courteous and helpful.
The Crown Towers is well situated to give you a holiday atmosphere taking in South Bank and the River
but also close to two train stations, trams and the city.
Definately my pick in Melbourne

| "Hotel was grand ,staff was very helpful and pleasant only interuption we had during our stay was putting us in a non smoking room and was told it was a smoking floor when requested a smoking room was offered to switch rooms or smoke in the foyer of the smoking floor.
Other then that girls and i had a memorable stayed and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer.Will recommend other friends to stay if they want a good weekend away with the girls / boys." |

| "We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel in December. Facilities were suberb and as we had two teenagers with us there was plenty for them to do within the complex. Only downside was that the restaurants were very busy and we had to queue for a table. " |
