| "It is situated in a very convenient location to the Crown Casino and Exhibition Building (where the seminar was being held). The didn't have a record of our booking when we arrived but they reasonably quick at organising a room. Close to public transport and eating areas." |

| "I HAVE NOW STAYED AT THIS HOTEL 3 TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO STAY IN THE FUTURE. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND THERE IS NEVER A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING THAT IS REQUESTED." |

| "We were very pleased with Crowne Palza Hotel. Its location was ideal, close to the river, short walk to the Southbank and to the free tram that circled the city. The room had an excellent view of the river and was very comfortable. We thought the staff were very helpful and responded very efficiently to anything we needed. We thought the breakfasts were excellent value and set us up for the rest of the day. Pleased also with the business centre where it was very easy to keep up with our emails and work if we had too. " |

| "Excellent location ,very comfortable ,Big & clean rooms, Value for money .Restaurants are few & unattractive.Lobby looks lifeless in the evenings.Some attractions need to be developed esp with large space available.But overall its a good experience. I will recommend to Friends." |

| "If visiting or participating the exhibition is your main purpose, this is the best hotel I recommend. It's just less than 3 minutes walking to the fair ground. The Crown Entertainment Complex is just across the street. There you can find a casino, a food court (Western, Chinese, Japanese, & others), some restaurants & cafes. This hotel is located next to Yarra River, where I could see from my room some people did canoeing in the morning. If I have an opportunity to visit Melbourne again, I will stay again in this hotel." |

| "The management is incompetent as are the majority of the staff. Mistakes were made on all bills and service was slow and rude! It is the worst Holiday Inn that I have stayed at due tostaff's unprofessionalism and their big, dumb " no poblems" attitude!" |
