We were very pleased with Crowne Palza Hotel. Its location was ideal, close to the river, short walk to the Southbank and to the free tram that circled the city. The room had an excellent view of the river and was very comfortable. We thought the staff were very helpful and responded very efficiently to anything we needed. We thought the breakfasts were excellent value and set us up for the rest of the day. Pleased also with the business centre where it was very easy to keep up with our emails and work if we had too.

| "It is situated in a very convenient location to the Crown Casino and Exhibition Building (where the seminar was being held). The didn't have a record of our booking when we arrived but they reasonably quick at organising a room. Close to public transport and eating areas." |
