"Privacy of the room which I stayed could be improved as I could view the inside of the room thru the blinds at the window along the corridor. The breakfast was ok but could be better improve if canned food are not used."

"Hotel a little dated but they were in the process of refurbishing with major alterations going on while we were there. Ideally placed for exploring Melbourne and excellent value."

"This hotel was too noisy from the traffic outside and the breakfast was more suited to Asian people than Europeans. The room was described as a Business Executive Room..I have stayed in much better hotels and paid less money."

"We stayed in the Courtyard room which was quite disappointing: the room was located in a very DARK "courtyard" surrounded by steel beams and wooden planks everywhere as if the whole place was under renovation but I don't think it was, the room in itself was very basic and very small. The service was average as we requested a baby cot and they just said there was no place --though there was. As for the hotel location, it is not really IN THE CENTER of the city as you probably have to walk a good 15-20 min to get to the main popular areas. So we would probably recommend paying more to stay in their business rooms or pick another better hotel. "

| "The lacation is very good and very easy to go many places around the city. Most of the staff are friendly and all facilities are wondeful.
The room is a bit old and it would be grateful if you add some Asian food for breakfast.(there is only one dish to eat with soft-boiled rice)

"I found this hotel to be just right for the budget traveller it was very near the shops and not far from the train station. The service was fine and the staff where very friendly and helpful. I only had one problem and that was the use of the internet, no internet in your room."
