The Hotel Enterprize was clean and well priced in a central location within easy reach of the city centre, the railway and trams. The staff were helpful and polite and the rooms are well presented with en suite facilities.
The only reason I would not stay there again would be the adjoining resturant where breakfast is served, not run by the hotel, but leased to a separate opperator.
The food in general, was of an acceptable standard, but when raising issue with the quality of ingredients in one of our dinner courses we were met with thoroghly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from the resturant proprietor, who clearly doesn't belive that the customer is always right or even entitled to an opinion.
Stay at the hotel but go out to eat!

| "Even though they were renovating their courtyard, I think for what I paid was good. Service was 5 Star, people behind the desk so helpful and nice. The only thing that bothered me were other guests who had no consideration for others with loud noise.
So I can't fault the hotel for that. I will most probably stay there again on my next trip to melbourne as it was a 2 minute walk to the DFO Outlets, right across from the train station, close to everything." |

| "Privacy of the room which I stayed could be improved as I could view the inside of the room thru the blinds at the window along the corridor. The breakfast was ok but could be better improve if canned food are not used." |
