| "Good enough room size and its service, location, breakfast choice, friendly staff.
Could not get air conditioner to heat room enough (it was winter) so they provided air heater upon request.
Good value for money." |

| "The hotel is in need of a paint job and tidy up. The pool area is lovely although it was too cold for us to use it! The service and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was average. Location too far from tram area but otherwise quite good. Rooms are very small and bathroom tiny. Rooms clean and adequate. The bar area was nice and prices reasonable.

| "While the hotel has good location, the room is rather old and in need of renovation. The carpet is dirty and the room is too dim. Entrance to the hotel is by a flight of steps which is not friendly to someone carrying a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast is however pleasant and substantial." |

| "Only good for the location of the hotel, everything you need is within walking distance and you don't even need the to take Tram or Bus." |

| "2nd time. Easy walk to CBD, and 2 theatres. Loved the balcony, and that shower was heaven, and beds comforably.
Room 304 better than room 2 years ago, bigger, not hot sun, so the 04 area will be my request in future. The breakfast was excellent. Good eating facilities around area.
Like most hotels the bar prices were outrageous. and never again. Items in fridge not visible. " |

| "On our arrival we upgraded to a room with balcony but the size of the room was not as big as we thought. It had a balcony but not much of a view.
The service however was good as was the breakfast. " |

| "I am rating this hotel on the upgraded room called "executive" room. I phoned the hotel and asked them to upgrade me after being warned by colleagues that the standard rooms are not renovated yet.
I found the room, service, facilities and location all to be very good to excellent. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful - nothing was an effort.
Will certainly choose this room and hotel again and will recommend it to others. I was also impressed with your voucher system and the way the tax invoice is emailed later." |

| "It was good value for money. Lovely buffet breakfast. The hotel isn't flash, but is conveniently located and serves it's purpose.
We booked with another couple we travelled with and had paid under one booking to ensure we were given rooms side by side. I phoned and confirmed this a week prior to arriving, but we were disppointed on arrival to find our friends weren't even on the same floor as us. This was our only disappointment." |

| "The pool could use a good clean, slimy around the walls and the renovation is still underway whereas the website stated all rooms had been renovated, ours certainly had not!" |
