The room was nice. The bathroom floor I felt needed alittle more cleaning. The disappointing thing I experienced was. I asked for a late checkout when I booked the room.(My plane was not leaving till 2.30 that day)This information was not noted, as I was phoned about still being in the room at 10.30. I was told that I needed to inform staff the day before about late checkout. I was not told about this, and I didn't think I needed to worry about it as I asked for late checkout on booking. I guess it was just crossed lines. Lines that could be uncrossed for the future. So everyone know what is expected of them.

| "We've stayed at this hotel twice now and would stay again. We love the location to the Telstra Dome, Markets and City Circle tram route. We especially love the restaurant Il Sole, downstairs, the food is delicious and very very reasonably priced, their staff are so friendly and warm, it just tops off the great Harbour View Apartment stay. " |

| "I will absolutely stay here again. The room is clean, the warm aircon and hot shower is luxury to come home to and the food in the restaurant & bar is so tasty we had to be in early to get a table. Staff are very helpful." |
