No way!

Highlander Apartments should be rating 3 star. Very disappointing Room= dirty duvet cover and in bad condition Bathroom= hot/cold system did not work according to your request. Room size=fair Facilities=fair Cleanliness=never been vacuumed during my 7 days stay Location=noisy during w/end Service=fair Value=poor This place is good for a couple only I will not stay at this hotel NB. I have sent a letter of complains to the Front Office Manager at Best Western Riverside Apartments
