We have stayed at this hotel when travelling in and out of Melbourne for its convenience. It is clean, and comfortable,and the service is satisfactory. The breakfast is good but the food at evening meals continues to disappoint.

| "Front desk staff was not very friendly at the time of check-in. It was like it was an imposition for them to be working. The following day at the time of check-out, completely different attitude. I hope the evening crew was just off-the-mark and not an indication as to the overall personality of this hotel." |
