| "En-suite bedroom was spacious and clean and lift access was quick and easy.Bar and dining area was rather open-plan for our taste. This was a no-frills hotel most suitable for business people. " |

| "Reception staff were businesslike ,friendly and helpful......though hard to reach on the phone.....
Give the 8th floor a miss unless you dont mind the low hum of the aircon units.
Good....but not remarkable.

| "Great hotel to stay- good location, service. Parking at $25 for 24 hours may be expensive but multiple entries/exits made up for it though it's troublesome having to get the valet to get the car each time you require it. Ask for rooms away railway track; otherwise you will get the trains waking you up early in the morning! Ask to join their Priority Club (FOC) and you can get late checkouts and discounts at their restaurants." |

| "The hotel is in a convient and central location, three blocks from the main shopping centre and 200 metres from the crown casio complex, which will cater for all your entertainment needs with bars, cinemas and restaurants. Transport is also heavily available with a Taxi rank outside, tram stops and also the main coach and train stations are only 300 metres away on Spencer street in which you can catch the skybus to the airport. Finally the hotel facilities were superb, boasting a gym and swimming pool and a free internet service for all guests. When I get a chance to go back to Melbourne I will stay here as my first preference." |
