| "My partner and I enjoyed our stay, the service was great and the facilities were very good. The room was a bit small. Next time we may stay in the 1 bedroom apartment which is alot bigger.
Also after looking to book a hotel with a pool, we were a bit disappointed that the pool was shallow." |

| "It's not a hotel as advertised. It is called serviced appartments. Therefore it does not look or feel like a hotel. It's good for families etc." |

| "The rooms were spacious, clean, and relatively modern. I found the room keys a little sizeable and the need for the security pass for the lifts annoying. The garage was a little tight. Recommended to anyone." |

| "Stayed at Medina Grand early December 06 for 4 nights.
I had a room with two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
The room was of a good size & the bathrooms were clean.
I would suggest that the hotel looks at the shower heads because they no longer give an even coverage.
Also the clothes dryer was in need of replacement because it didnt always work.
The tea & coffee facilities were not replenished daily nor was the complimentary shower gel & shampoo.
Apart from these small items my stay was enjoyable & I can recommend the hotel to other family groups who would like a spacious apartment that is clean & centrally located.
However for the price there may be other more attractive options.

| "Room was ok, but preferred king-sized bed. Surprised that 5 star hotel does not provide this.
The water temperature in the pool is not warm enough even though they claimed that it was a heated pool. A Pity that a Jacuzzi is missing.
Disappointed that the staff is so strict in a late check out even for an hour extension. " |

| "Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early after a very early flight. Staff knew the area very well and were able to give us helpful advice on directions, restaurants, activities etc
Room was clean and a good size. We had a little kitchen area that was useful. Although, the toaster was right underneath the fire alarm.....
Good location - close to everything but away from any city noise.
Overall, very happy with our choice of hotel and would go there again if in Melbourne :o)" |

| "the location of the hotel is excellent as it's near to virtually anywhere you want to go ard melb city. however, the bathroom was too small and the shower nozzle set off an extremely small jet of water that made showering tough and totally unenjoyable! i had the studio apartment, so for those considering this, do not expect the room to be very big or luxurious. it was simple and sufficient for a short trip. can't comment on the larger rooms though.. they might be bigger and nicer. anyway, it's a choice between convenience and comfort!" |
