My partner and I enjoyed our stay, the service was great and the facilities were very good. The room was a bit small. Next time we may stay in the 1 bedroom apartment which is alot bigger.
Also after looking to book a hotel with a pool, we were a bit disappointed that the pool was shallow.

| "Stayed at Medina Grand early December 06 for 4 nights.
I had a room with two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
The room was of a good size & the bathrooms were clean.
I would suggest that the hotel looks at the shower heads because they no longer give an even coverage.
Also the clothes dryer was in need of replacement because it didnt always work.
The tea & coffee facilities were not replenished daily nor was the complimentary shower gel & shampoo.
Apart from these small items my stay was enjoyable & I can recommend the hotel to other family groups who would like a spacious apartment that is clean & centrally located.
However for the price there may be other more attractive options.

| "Room was ok, but preferred king-sized bed. Surprised that 5 star hotel does not provide this.
The water temperature in the pool is not warm enough even though they claimed that it was a heated pool. A Pity that a Jacuzzi is missing.
Disappointed that the staff is so strict in a late check out even for an hour extension. " |
