No one to blame, we checked in late around 6 pm and got the worst room in the hotel, proably the last room available that day. The room was in the middle of the building and adjacent to the lifts. We felt like staying in a box. The beds and the bathroom were very tiny. There was a window with a view of other rooms'window and we can hear the sound of the lifts moving up and down. The night shift receptionist promised to move us next day to the other room with a city view and asked us to pack our luggages ready for them to move. I expected that the next day when we came back from the tour at 8 pm, we will get a new room with all of our luggages inside. Guess what!!!, we had to wait for almost an hour to get the new room and our luggages. However, the hotel was crowded with all ages of guests. The location was excellent. The only thing I love about this hotel is that very helpful Bangladesh male staff.

| "I think the hotel needs to have a clear address as Little Bourke St and Swanston st can both be used for entry. Entry via Little Bourke looks like an alley and most taxi drivers do not know where to stop. Signage is an issue.
A larger bathroom is appreciated for future. " |

| "Service was very below average, rooms were dirty and needs a good clean. Carpets were disgusting. The air-con is quite noisy and the neighbours were even worse!" |

| "The location is perfect to walk around the city center. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The security is good because only people who have the guest card can press the floor button on the elevators and open the main entrance after 10 o'clock by inserting the card. Of course the reception is open for 24 hours, though. I can't say anything about the restaurant but I found that $10 was added as the delivery charge for one room-service. I was a bit disappointed about the room floor and the room, itself.(Standard room which has one queen-sized bed) The corridor of the room floor is so narrow and the room is very small including the bathroom. The interior is basic. No sofa or writing table, no space to put them. The voice outside the room was easily overheard, so I didn't feel very comfortable although the room was clean and tidy. However, this hotel has value for people who spend most of their time being outside because of the location and the reasonable room rate." |
