| "Rooms have aged since the picture on website. Window looks at dirty yard and brick wall. Fire siren middle of the night. No clean towels or sheets during stay though I think website mentioned no room servicing but 7 days? Noisy from people and lifts. Wish we had paid more to stay elsewhere." |

| "It's clean, modern and secure. But, it is not quite true that they provide free dinner. The quantity of the free meal is just an oz of spagatte. You have to add $4 to get a medium dish. It's better to go out to eat at McDonalds. People are very noisy up to 12 mid-night. It's hard to sleep if the window is facing the backyard where youngsters like to stay there very late. The hostel is close to the main streets. It's very convenient." |

| "A good cheap hostel type place 2 minutes walk from Victoria market and central Melbourne (CBD). I stayed in a private (hotel like) room rather than a hostel type dorm room.
Hostel type reception, very friendly people that are even more helpful and organised.
Has a bar and has a free evening meal.
Locker room for storing bags.
I had a double bed room with lots of space. Separate toilet/sink room and another for shower.
For HOSTEL read NO PLUGS IN SINK.
My room was a bit cold, windows weren't double glazed. There was a heater in the room. This had a red button to turn it on, it then turned it self off a few hours later, no temperature controls." |
