| "We did not use many of the facilities but we had breakfast once in the Lime Cafe. The service was shocking! We handed a note in to the front desk concerning our experience. Otherwise everything was fine." |

| "The hotel is so close to the tram network so expect a lot of noise!
The restaurant was being renovated and there was a lot of noise during the period we stayed. We asked to be moved, reception were relunctant at first but finally agreed.
The hotel is OK however the restaurant and front office staff were fantastic." |

| "There were four adults and one child that stayed at the Parkview St Kilda Road Hotel from 23 June until the 27th June and we were all very disappointed and cannot say that we would stay there again.
Firstly, we were not told that there were renovations being done and so that there would be loud noises throughout the day begining in the morning.
We also requested a non smoking room and although we did receive one we were put on a floor that was smoking and so we could constantly smell the cigerettes. I have a two year old son and was extremely disappointed with this.
We also received wrong information from a man from the front desk and travelled down to Luna Park only to discover it had already closed and the times we were given were wrong. I expect a little bit more, as when your coming to a place you've never been to and therefore do not know where you are going you expect to be able to rely on the directions and information of the hotel in which your staying.
There were also a few other things that occured whilst staying at the hotel that we all did not appreciate however to conclude we wished we had stayed elsewhere and on returning to Melbourne we will be making reservations with another hotel." |
