| "The room is very small as i couldn't have place to walk after laying down two of my luggages (one big and one small). The bathroom is very small too as the basin is extremely small eg. when i washed my face every morning, the water will flow out on the floor easily. When taking shower, there isn't any curtain blind or sliding door to prevent water coming out and the shower place is small too. But there is a 32 inches brand new Phillip LCD tv in the room and the design of the room is very new, seem like just being renovated. The location of the hotel is just one minute walk to the Tram Station and 5 minutes walk to the Main Train & Coach Station. " |

| "Good location. Few mins walk to Southern Cross Station and terminal to the airport (Skybus) transfer. Short walk to the City Circle Tram. But the room is too small, esp bathroom. " |

| "Room size most inadequate for two. With 3 pieces of luggage, one has to trample over the bags to get to the bathroom. Wardrobe storage too small for two persons. The room was not made one day. Bathrooms were an apology in size though cleanliless all round was good. Location excellent. We asked for a double bed but were given a twin bed." |

| "This hotel is not worth the price. Small rooms with windows facing other rooms. Very small shower and bathroom. THe cleaning was done only twice during my stay. When entering there was some cigarette fags still on the floor. THe reception was nice but incompetent and unable to give precise informations." |

| "Good location. Near Southern Cross Station where the terminal for the airport (Skybus) transfer is. Short walk to the City Circle Tram stop. Overall, the room's not too bad. However, bathroom is quite small. Will knock into the walls when bathing. " |

| "The room is tiny. There are no shampoo, no shower cap. No room for luggage. The light is dim. TV has not enough channels. Smoky smell in the room although it is a non-smoking room. Poor ventilation. " |

| "We found the room and the service and the breakfast excellent for our needs.The location being so close to all transport was ideal for my wife and myself. And a special thank-you to Justine and Loretta for their help in getting my wife's handbag returned,which she left in the taxi that brought us in from the airport many thanks, Tom Asplin" |

| "Front office receptionist was very snooty and treated us like second rate citizens on our arrival.
Requested a change of room and encountered a different receptionist who was very friendly and helpfil.
All cleaning staff we encountered were also very friendly and helpful." |
