Absolutely!

Our room was on the second floor over an alleyway that contains about fifteen small restaurants. The restaurants are great but the noise is a problem. Several nights there were loud conversations until 1am. Several mornings there were loud noises (probably garbage collection) around 6am. Shared on-floor American-Style washer and dryer behaved beautifully for permanent press. The location is within a block of one of the main train stations and three blocks of the downtown attractions. Internet access speed is good and provides for outgoing e-mail but it requires the connection to be remade if you don't do anything for 15 minutes (about the time to reply to some e-mails). There should be an option to pay for a full day and avoid the auto-logoff. Staff was very friendly and helpful, including, remarkably, the night/morning staff.
