Probably not

Bed comfortable Noise level appalling from trams Double glazing window not closed contributed to this Room size OK bathroom adequate water pressure -great Breakfast arrangements were overwhelmed by the coach party to the point that staff & food were virtually not existant.I had breakfast elsewhere the next morning as a consequence Concierges were helpful & knowledgeable.

"Your asset is your staff. Look after them. I have stayed in several Melbourne hotels in recent weeks for conferences etc. Your staff excelled all others. Please tell them. I especially liked the convenience of the car park. The room service was prompt (tho' expensive!) I shall (I have already) recommend your hotel to others."

"I'M NOT UNHAPPY, BUT THE BATH ROOM AND GENERAL LOOK OF THE ROOM WAS AGED AND IN NEED OF A FACE LIFT. TO ME IT WAS JUST ANOTHER HOTEL. GREAT FOR A LAST MINUTE DECISION. "
