| "Everything was alright, except for the initial wait to get a room. Check-in time was suppose to be at 2:00pm. A room was finally available only at 5:00pm.
Whiles check-out time was strictly at the prescibed time with a sur-charge for every hour over. Where's the economy in that?

| "The hotel is poorly maintained. Every thing in the hotel room is so old and the toilet is dirty and smelly. Renovation is absolutely necessary!" |

| "On arrival we had to ask for another towel (we had one bw the two of us!) The in-house movie was faulty.. it took us two hrs to get it on and another 3hrs to watch a 2hr movie bc it kept stopping! Then...they tried to charge us for 3 movies when we'd only watched one!! " |

| "I feel I must write this review to warn potential guests. We have never been so disappointed with a hotel before. There is an old section of the hotel which is appauling and no one would pay to stay there. We therefore upgraded to a room on the newer section which was nice and we had a nice view of Albert park from our room. However there are no laundry facilities as advertised and most staff (with the exception of 2 excellent one we met) are not very helpful. It also takes one hour (walking) to get into the city. I had a pair of shoe stolen from our room and no one was even interested in the matter. We would never stay at a Carlton Crest hotel again. " |

| "Our stay was too short! We found the Hotel first class - from the time of checking in until checkout.
Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was ready, even though we arrived a little early. It was very clean and comfortable
The gym facilities were very good.
Proximity to the city is very good.
Breakfast was excellent.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, one which we would like to repeat sometime and one which we would thoroughly recommend to friends and relatives.

| "Tries to create an aura and Airs & Graces it cannot live up to. Service reasonable at best, rooms reasonable but paid top rate and had a view of a back passage and multi storey car park. Much better is available at similar prices." |
