A fantastic and memorable view of the city, must be experienced! Friendly staff, good service, high tech room, and lovely food at the Cafe La on the 35th floor made it a memorable stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

| "The hotel is located in the city centre, by tram or walk to the tourist attractions are easy. We were staying at the 38th floor, the room was spacious and comfortable with excellent landscape. Hotel staffs were cordial and happy to help. Remember that in the second morning, we decided to have a car rental travel, the hotel staff immediately contact the car rental company. Within one hour, we could take the car from the car rental company. There are restaurants and food court in the hotel, we stayed in the hotel could enjoy different cuisines." |

| "We stayed for two nights at the Melbourne Sofitel at the beginning of our Australia holiday and as we enjoyed it so much stayed again for two nights before our journey back to the U.K.
We stayed in a Deluxe suite which had been newly refurbished (touch key pads to control lighting/t.v./dvd etc..). The veiws were amazing from the 37th floor. The service was great & the hotel reception staff greeted us by name & seemed to recognize us during our stay as well. For a "top end" hotel in Melbourne I'd highly recommend it. Thanks Asia Rooms, for making it more affordable too." |

| "Our stay was lovely as always, we love staying there because of the view, I was a little dissappointed that there was an extra charge for the Valet Parking, as this has always been included in the price. Maybe this should be made a little clearer when booking on the net, also there is no provision when booking on the net to specify a smoking room. The express check out is a great idea, saves you waiting." |

| "Fantastic hotel. Had a great stay. The room was great. The tram stops at the front door. Meals are expensive so it's better to go out to eat (reasonable coffee shops found directly under the hotel)" |
