Our stay was lovely as always, we love staying there because of the view, I was a little dissappointed that there was an extra charge for the Valet Parking, as this has always been included in the price. Maybe this should be made a little clearer when booking on the net, also there is no provision when booking on the net to specify a smoking room. The express check out is a great idea, saves you waiting.

| "The hotel is located in the city centre, by tram or walk to the tourist attractions are easy. We were staying at the 38th floor, the room was spacious and comfortable with excellent landscape. Hotel staffs were cordial and happy to help. Remember that in the second morning, we decided to have a car rental travel, the hotel staff immediately contact the car rental company. Within one hour, we could take the car from the car rental company. There are restaurants and food court in the hotel, we stayed in the hotel could enjoy different cuisines." |

| "We stayed for two nights at the Melbourne Sofitel at the beginning of our Australia holiday and as we enjoyed it so much stayed again for two nights before our journey back to the U.K.
We stayed in a Deluxe suite which had been newly refurbished (touch key pads to control lighting/t.v./dvd etc..). The veiws were amazing from the 37th floor. The service was great & the hotel reception staff greeted us by name & seemed to recognize us during our stay as well. For a "top end" hotel in Melbourne I'd highly recommend it. Thanks Asia Rooms, for making it more affordable too." |

| "Fantastic hotel. Had a great stay. The room was great. The tram stops at the front door. Meals are expensive so it's better to go out to eat (reasonable coffee shops found directly under the hotel)" |

| "A nice business hotel which Asiarooms priced very reasonably. The hotel is undergoing renovation and refurbishment at the moment and the interior is a little drab. The link to Collins Place was useful but the tiny driveway and its location was far from ideal (which meant that tour coaches had to stop along the street and you had to walk in even if it were 12mn).
Service was reasonable save for certain requests were not met. On our last morning, the staff failed to give us the morning call which we had placed with them the previous night.
Conclusion: the hotel is overpriced unless you get as favourable a rate as that offered by Asiarooms.com and even then, I suspect you will be able to get a nicer hotel for that price." |
