| "For parents who are accompanying their son/daughter to Melbourne to enrol in Melbourne University this service apartment is SUPER!!!. It is easy to catch the trams as most trams pass thru the University. My daughter stays in College Square in Lygon and the tram stops just right in front of her apartment block. I really couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Round the corner is Myers and David Jones and GPO. Further down the road about 10 to 15 mins walk is Queen Victoria Market. Excellent to buy food to cook in the apartment which is very well equipped with washer, oven, dishwasher, ironing board, iron. If you don't wish to cook, Chinatown is also round the corner. Excellent location!!!!" |

| "Only wish I had been aware of the Washing Machine / Drier. Would have taken less clothes. We enjoyed our stay. Ealy check in did not occur, may some more effort in this area." |

| "Excellent location, right in the centre of Melbournes CBD.
Very attentive & pleasant check-in staff, rest of staff thoughtout the hotel were very helpfull.
We did have a small problem with the security / room card in the lift, but this was our fault & not the hotels, if we had listened to our instructions, then we would not have had a problem.
Room excellent, had all facilites we needed, large area & very clean.
We would without doubt stay again at the Somerset.

| "The room was a one bedroom. We had our daughter staying with us so we used the foldout couch. Which made the living area much smaller. So it would suit a couple or couple with bub. Not a family of 3. We will stay there again, but get a two bedroom instead. Overall, the location was great. The service a little slow when we asked for more blankets. But generally good. " |

| "We stay at the Summerset hotel last weekend, it was a really pleasant time in Melbourne. The suite was incredible well equipped. The room has kitchen, minibars, microwave and washing Machine. Considering with excellent location and hotel facilities, this hotel s very well worth staying. Hotel staffs were very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel." |

| "We recently return from 3 night stay at this hotel. It was a really great time. The hotel was located in Melbourne's central business district, Somerset on Elizabeth is within two km (1.25 miles) of the National Gallery of Victoria, Chinatown, Federation Square, and Crown Casino. The room was really fantastic, equipped kitchens with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwashers, coffee makers, cookware. minibar and high-speed Internet access. The Fitness was really marvelous and excellent. It was our home away home in Melbourne. Well worth for the money." |
