Good location and comfortable room. However, as a non-smoker who booked several weeks in advance, I was disappointed to find the only room available was on the 8th floor, one floor above the reach of the lift.

"The hotel was in a perfect location the foyer was lovely, the bar staff friendly. The hallways and the rooms need a make over but clean and ok. The reason i would not stay again is the shower the water was a dribble and was either boiling hot or freezing cold."

"Just a few lines .The room carpets need s attention .Another peoblem was the noise from the street nt your problem an druk s.. dont sell alcohol after 12 oclock .My wife an self were kept up all night . The staff were very helful.. Will stay there again.. Thank u . Mr ..Burnaby Patrick..."
