It is a very old building with confusing walkways. The room was very small, very noisy lane outside - trucks loading during the night. Despite non smoking signs, the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Front desk staff were mostly surly, although one good one we encountered. Smokers at the front entrance meant we had to walk through layers of smoke to enter or exit the building. Would not have minded so much if the tariff was lower, but this was no bargain. Very hot and stuffy in the room and hallways.

| "The hotel was in a perfect location the foyer was lovely, the bar staff friendly. The hallways and the rooms need a make over but clean and ok. The reason i would not stay again is the shower the water was a dribble and was either boiling hot or freezing cold." |
