Not a luxury hotel for special occasions BUT for the person who wants clean, affordable accomodation with good service, excellent location, this is the place to stay. I would definitely recommend it on that basis and would stay there if or when I was in Melbourne again.

| "The hotel was in a perfect location the foyer was lovely, the bar staff friendly. The hallways and the rooms need a make over but clean and ok. The reason i would not stay again is the shower the water was a dribble and was either boiling hot or freezing cold." |
