| "We stayed at the Westin for 4 nights and found the staff very helpful and professional Our room was of a very good size even though it was a standard room.
The bathroom was super and the whole room benefitted from many good points which added to our stay.
We arrived quite late in the evening and were checked in quickly. The only problem was that the number of the room written on our key holder was not easily read and we ended up trying to get into the wrong room! However a call to the front desk very quickly sorted out the problem and we had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and ice bucket sent to the room as compensation!
The hotel is very central and close to amenities. There is a very good restaurant right opposite the hotel too.

| "Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Room was lovely, bathrooms fantastic (double vanity, huge shower and deep bath) and bed very comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. " |

| "Great location right next to main city shopping and restaurants.
Excellent room with comfortable bed, nice view of the City. Bathroom with double sink, separate bath and shower. Ironing board, tea and coffee making, safe etc.
Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very nice (indoor). Gym also good but no rowing machine.

| "The location of the hotel was ideal, especially if you are thinking about visiting Melbourne for the Australian Open as it was within walking distance to the tennis event. As breakfast was not included in our booking, we were not too disappointed as there were many coffee houses and cafes nearby that were quite good. The overall service was great but I was especially impressed when I received an in-room shiatsu massage on short notice because my back was acting up and hurting. I called the front desk, asked for a nearby spa and they suggested someone would come to my room within the hour if I wanted. Are you kidding? I don't even have to leave the comforts of my room, sign me up. Needless to say the massage was great and I did feel better the next day." |
