| "When we arrived the staff were very nice and very helpful.
We ordered room service and were advised to leave the plates outside our door for collection, which we did after we had finished our meal.
In the morning we were woken up by a child screaming (6am) in the room above, the screaming and tantrum went on for 2 hrs until we finally decided to go and get breakfast. As we left to go to breakfast our plates were still outside the door of our room, we also noticed that there was another set of plates outside another room.
Room service cleaned our room and made the bed, very nice, but the plates were still outside the room. We rang room service to come and collect the plates and they said they would send someone over ASAP. We left and went about our day.
At midday we went and had facials and a massage, pklates were still outside the room, advised reception of this and they apologised for the oversight and that they would collect the plates.
Massage and facial were well worth it, very relaxing and very convenient. After massage went back to the room to see the plates were still there. We once again advised room service. We went out and did a few things in the afternoon, very relaxing.
Finally went home at 6pm and the plates were still there, had a glass of wine on the patio of our room, finally decided at 7pm to take the plates back to reception.
Everything was great except the plates and the cildren screaming at 6am every morning (on our last day tyhey decided to start kicking furnature around the room). The plates that were outside the other room were there for 2 days before they were moved, next to the trash for collection I saw later that day." |
