Hotel restaurant was not in operation with noone actively working on it although it appears to be under construction. Poor phone instructions resulted in accidentally making overseas long distance calls as well as being incorrectly charged for calls. Management helped SOME to decrease cost and fixed the incorrect charges. Polite staff, nice room. Washer/Dryer combo is very slow, but nice to have. Well outfitted kitchen. Not a perfect place but modern, clean, and worth the money (Except for the phone issue)

"Even though it is only a 2 or 3 star hotel, the interior of the room and the check-in desk service are more than satisfactory. The kitchenette with its crockery and utensils are fantastic!"

"The room was neat and clean. The facilities were also complete and more than what we expected. The staffs were friendly and requests were promptly attended to. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they were to ever visit Perth."
