"No towels or hot water."

"The location was good the hotel was not welcoming and the staff were not up to standard.( ie, left standing for serveral mins whilst waiting to as a simple question. The room was not particularly clean and the glasses, cups etc had residue of prior use. The restaurant food was excellent but the staff let the side down. Not us to the standard one would expect from a 4 star Hotel.The hotel blurb mentions a chauffered driven car would be available for hire but when we inquired for this service it didnt exist. In fact they wouldn't organise a taxi for us either that afternoon. We would be more likely to give it a 3 star rating. All in all we found it to be dissappointing overall."
