| "I stayed already several times at the hotel only due to its central location. Facilities are however poor and nothing has changed over the years. The only reason to stay there is really the location. I tried over the years almost all so-called 3* to 5* hotels and it is to say that Perth hasn't got any nice hotel. Sorry but that is the reality! No competition results to no improvements." |

| "The hotel is located a bit far away from the central of happening,no restaurant and pub nearby,have to travel by cab to get to these places.Regarding the internet service provided by the hotel,there is no control of duration of usage,(should limit to 1/2 hour each),as,during my stay there,there were 2 girls who I suspect working for the hotel been on the internet to do homework for several hours (from 5pm to 11.30pm).I hope that the managment will pay more attention to the maintainence of their facilities such as the swimming pool which is full of rotten apple.I wont come back to stay in this hotel and wont recommend friend to stay. " |

| "The room and the services in this hotel are excellent, however I found the price of the breakfast to be expensive. There are a few convenience shops in waqlking distance and much cheaper eating places within a short bus ride." |

| "check in was smooth and unrushed. Delivery of cases to room was swift. Restauraunt was overpriced and cheaper food could be obtained a short walk into Adelaide.
The hotel is situated in a very pleasant position with views of the swan river. It is faced by a large grassy area which was a cheerful aspect in a very hot part of Australia." |
