| "After travelling extensively in asia esp thailand you are disappointed by some staff service. In the Duxton it was the bar what a bunch of misery aunts!!! The head female I sensed set the scene.
The Grill restaurant staff could have been a little more accommodating re my request for a window seat seeing I finished well before any of the bookings for those tables. Noone asked re suggested that I could use the window table up to a certain time. Not well trained.

| "My wife and I spent a well earned three day rest in this recommended hotel - staying in a 12th floor suite with access to the Club Lounge. We were very impressed with the standard of this hotel and the service, that we required, was met with a smile and happiness. the Check In and Check Out process was smooth and friendly. The level of assistance offered at Check In was as expected for a hotel of this standard. The Bar facility in the Hotel was comfortable, very tastefully decorated and you felt "special" sitting in there. The service and selection of drinks and food was excellent. The bar was affordable and not over the top. The central location to the City made our walking outings easy. Shopping was good.
All in all we were well looked after and we enjoyed the stay. Thank you Duxton." |

| "We stayed in a Club Riverview room and the standard of room was very good and the club room facilities and service were of a high standard.
Minor criticisms were the range of breakfast in the Club Room and the sparce furnishing and television in the room but the staff service, quality of bedding and facitities far outweighed these.
I'd recommend it to the business traveller or couple." |

| "We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights as the beginning of our trip. It is a beautiful hotel and excellent central location in CBD. Very close to all amenities and places of interest. We were very impressed by the health suite facilities. Would definitely stay here again. " |
