Stayed for 6 nights in a family suite. Perfect for families as it comes with a small but well equiped kitchen. The room interior and furnishings are dated though all things are in working condition. Overall it is quite comfortable inside the room which is quite huge. Hope future upgrading plans will include Broadband in room and more choices for TV entertainment. Reception staff provides adequate service support but definitely room for improvement. As for location, it is a 15-20 mins walk to the Murray/Hay St Mall though there are free city buses plying the route. Bus stop 5 mins walk from hotel. Free basement car park a plus for those who rent cars. Compared to nearby hotels, I should say it is value for money and having compared various websites etc, Asiarooms offers the best price and most important reliability!

| "first of all, i stayed in the hotel on Feb. it was hot summer. the air-conditioner was not working well. it was hot and toasting in the room. the chair and sofa were old. and i was totally disappointed when i found there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. for the money i was paying. i don't think it is worth it to stay there again. | "Overall, the rooms were bare, old and gloomy. Service staff were polite, and helpful in giving directions, but slow and forgetful. They were basically "just doing their jobs"
I chose this hotel because on the website, it was stated that it is near the Perth Convention Centre, when in fact there were plenty of other hotels listed on Asiarooms which are located closer. In fact, it takes about 30 minutes of a brisk walk to get to the convention centre from the hotel, which is a strech when one is in heels.
Locationwise, it was far from the city centre shopping areas, and restaurants. The hotel is also NOT located along any of the three bus routes that shuttle in the city area.
The bathrooms were small, and only ONE towel is given per guest. No face towels. No hand towels.
Facilities were... almost non-existent. Dinner at the hotel's retaurant had to be ordered in advance, by 5 or 6pm.
The lobby was bare, n furniture old and mismatched.
Having said the above, it was not a torture to stay there... i did have a confortable stay. Its just that there are plenty of other alternatives if one decides to stay in Perth for a few days.

| "A reasonable clean studio apt overlooking city centre with Swan River visible on the left.
I found the bedside lanp threw a very harsh light and the switch was barely reachable. The kettle was not safe to use as the chlorinated water seemd to have corroded the metal inside so that strange black bits appeared in the water.
Otherwise, it was all I need for my stay. Overall reasonably good value for money." |

| "Stayed at 2 bedroom unit which had great view of the Swan River. Rooms and bathroom quite small with basic kitchen. However the laundry room was convenient and the hotel had basement parking which is limited. " |
