| "Very good, well located, hotel with good size rooms and pleasant, helpful staff. All major attractions walkable although older people or those with mobility problems may find it a struggle to walk up from Barrack Jetty. Having said that, the tour bus and the Blue Cat (free bus service) stop close to the hotel." |

| "Good central location. Generally very uncared for feel for part of a big chain. We expected better. One problem we had was despite asking for a quiet room they put us next to the noisiest, oldest lifts I have seen in a supposedly modern building." |
