| "Undoubtedly the best hotel in Perth. The only drawback, if I had to pick one, would be that at the weekends it is fairly noisy. This is because most of the rooms (2 out of 3 wings - the hotel is Y shaped) front onto the atrium and the lobby. The 24 hour casino and the pre and post show crowds for the adjoining theatre are very noisy at the weekends.
However, I would go again. The location and the facilities are superb." |

| "We did enjoy our stay at the Burswood but I do have a couple of comments although I have stayed there before I didn't realize that they had smoking floors which we where put on one of them, although the room was okay the floor smelt of smoke as soon you got out of the lift. I think the check in staff should advise you when they are putting you in a smoking floor. I also asked at check in for a room close to the lift as I had my 86 year old mother with me so she wouldn't have to far to walk but we where put in a room 3/4 down the corridor. " |

| "The additional cost for the club room was definitely worth it. This includes valet parking, breakfasts and all day use of the club lounge for free flow soft and hot drinks and also early evening canapes and alcoholic drinks. The service in the club lounge was excellent." |
