| "Room was nice and modern however, location was very dingy. Our balcony had someones dirty underwear on the floor and was overlooking a very dirty building. Air con was on the balcony blowing hot air directly at us wehn we sat outside. We asked for a different room b ut still had the same problem with aircon and balcony looking straight into a budget backpackers accommodation." |

| "As i was in Perth for business it was well situated, I found this apartment comfortable, well positioned and the staffmore than willing to help.
The down side was the apartment was facing inside and was dark during day light combined with the poorly lit dining area. It faced office windows which forced the curtains to be drawn in the evening.
The car parking which wasn't advertised was an added cost.I would stay again but make sure of open view room." |

| "A great hotel in the centre of the city! Everything worked and was brand new, service was great and facilities excellent. The only criticism is that the room servicing was not as good as could be, sometimes was missing towels, bath mats and dishes not washed. A minor thing really. I was very happy with my stay there and will stay there again in November." |
