| "The Miss Maud Swedish Hotel in the Heart of Perth, is a great value hotel. :)
Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous and the actual standard of quality of the hotel is fabulous.
Very clean and tidy, room service very good although can be a little slow if the actual restaurant is busy.
You might want to specify a better view from the window if at all bothered, as some face internally and all you can see is grey air ducts/walls. :(
The restaurant is great, with a fantastic selection for both breakfast, lunch and dinner if having a buffet. Hotel second to none in this area, yum! :)
Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the city centre, and hope to get back someday myself as would definately stay there again...
Thanks and Happy travelling for others!

| "I was very happy with the rate that I got for a single room, and with that in mind I was happy with the hotel. Breakfast buffet was included, a good selection. The room I had was very small, the bathroom was good. If you're staying longer than one night or you are two people, I'd get a larger room. My room was a single "Nordic". The hotel area is very close to major shopping with department stores and a supermarket nearby. There is an airport shuttle service that goes from the airport to the Aaron Hotel - just next door to Miss Maud. Taxi from the domestic airport was $25, and to the international was $35. Northbridge is about 15min walk from the hotel and the train is a short walk away. There are a few free bus services nearby. I liked the hotel as it was very clean, the small room was ok for one night, and there's a flat screen TV. The hotel was full, and the rate through asiarooms.com was the best I could find. There are hotels closer to the airport, but I think they're quite isolated." |

| "Miss Maud hotel has been around for years and it it certainly here to stay. The ideal location and the excellent variety available at breakfast is their best selling point.
Although it is an old establishment - it is well kept.
There is an elevator, but I am not too sure if elderly guests with knee problems would find it a bit of a challenge.
Overall - good choice!
