| "Excellent rooms, service and facilities. Location was ideal and for those who have a car this is probably the only place with free parking so close to the CBD...a real bonus. Only negative was that the internet in the room did not work. I tried calling their help line but it was outsourced and the service was poor in that regard. They did have an internet lounge and a computer in the lobby I ended up using instead. Other than that the place was perfect for our needs!" |

| "We decided to stay in an apartment as was staying in Perth for 5 nights and wanted to be comftable. Overall the rooms are a very good size and not too small, residents live in some of these full time.
A few areas need attention, sofa beds that are used as sofas can be a bit uncomftable, the movie chanell in my room did not work. Staff generally very good apart from the night where unfortunately i was ignored for 10 minutes while waiting to ask a question. The receptionists thought it was more important to just push tours to a couple and did not acknowledge me.
Location is around 15 minutes walk to city centre but it is still in a good location. You can pick up the free cat bus outside the hotel every 15 minutes and the bus service is very good.
I would stay here again" |

| "The apartment is comfortable for family of 4. Kitchen is wel equipped. Room is clean. It is abit off city but Blue CAT service is available at the door step. Minus point is, the service only operates till 6pm. 20 - 30 mins walk from city area (murray street).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mounts Bay waters alot and will definitely stay there again." |

| "We had very good time at Mt. bay waters. We had the meeting at the Convention Center which is very near, so the location was good for us. The room was very clean and they had good security system. " |

| "Very convenient access to Perth CBD (free CAT bus directly out front of hotel) and pleasant walk to Kings Park. Proximity and noise of motorway overpass reduces amenity of outdoor areas (but not indoors). Good restaurant on premises." |

| "Good location, we went in spring so not all facilities were operational, e.g. bar. Receptionists were not overly helpful except for the late shift manager. Room decor and furniture was dated but still useable. Size of rooms were great and the kids would have plenty of space to play f weather is is not great." |

| "Our family have a great stay in the apartment! The room is clean and cosy, it has the amenities that we need, as we can cook for the infant. The location is near to the city but it is not noticeable for the first visit. " |

| "My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights from 28-4-07 in a one bedroom apartment. We found it suitable for our needs...quite spacious, clean, adequate facilities, excellent bathroom, comfy queen-size bed and secure parking for our car. Cooked breakfasts in the restaurant were most enjoyable and promptly served by friendly staff; reasonable value for money. Only complaints were worn carpet in living area of unit, no clothes hangers in wardrobe and very unsupportive sofa for watching TV. Sofa seat cushions/springs had little support and probably need replacing. If had to pay normal daily rate for unit we would not book again, but the cheaper rate when booked through Asiarooms made it worthwhile and fair value for money. " |

| "We stayed in a one bed apartment (2 Adults, 1 Child, 1 infant). Just for info, they charge an extra AU$10 for a cot.
Service was good - quick check in/out. I dropped my purse in reception and they called me before I'd even realised I lost it.
Kitchen was well equipped. Tea bags and coffee sachets provided.
The living space is smallish but adequate, we were just there for one night before going off to the airport so it was perfect. We put the children in the bedroom to sleep so we could eat and relax for the evening in peace and then we used the sofa bed which was comfy enough.
I was surprised that there was a VCR but no DVD player, seemed a bit strange these days.

| "We checked into a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. To gain access to our apartment, we have to use the access card at the lift, which is good in terms of security.
The apartment appears newly renovated and well kept. The living room was spacious, with cable TV. The kitchen was well-equiped with all the necessaties to cook a simple meal (the inclusion of salt and pepper would be great). The rooms are slightly small though but clean. The bathrooms are really spacious and clean too, but do take note that no toiletries are provided and towels are changed daily. Carpark is free for all!
There is also internet access provided at the reception at AU$2.50 per 30 minutes. I went there to check my mail for about 5 to 10 minutes on several occasions and the reception officer waived off the internet charges since it was only for a short while. Good service!
The apartment is also relatively accessible. It took us about 5 minutes to drive to the city, and about 10 minutes to Burswood casino. However, the nearby flyovers can be confusing for people who are unfamiliar with the area and we had taken wrong turns for a few times. Overall, I would say it is value for money and we were all satisfied with our stay there. Recommended!!
