| "The one complaint I had was that when we checked he prices for the mini bar that there was a note saying that all items had a 10% mark up, which was fine and very reasonable. However, as we had a two bed room suite (we onoy had 2x 600ml complimentar bottles and 2 x priced bottles in our mini bar) and had another group staying in another room we needed water (with lunch) for 6 people. We ordered 2 bottles of mineral water via room service, and were charged $11per bottle for 1.5L bottles of water!
The only other small complaint is that we had trouble getitng a bread knife, but as this isn't really serviced accomodation, but rather a hotel with a suite it wasn't a huge drama, and they were very helpful.
Apart from that everyone at the hotel was exceedingly helpful and friendly.
I would highly recomend staying here." |

| "My Hubsband and I was stay this hotel during the easter Holiay. We stay at a one bed room suite. The size of the room was satisfactory but bathroom is a bit small and no spa fiility. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The optus restaurant is a must vist!! Although I like the hotel but I think it is a bit over priced. " |
