The Richardson Hotel, Suites and Spa boasts 58 suites and 16 guestrooms, on eight floors, most with private balconies and views of Perth City, Kings Park and surrounding areas.
All have been carefully designed with the modern traveller in mind. Rich textured contemporary furnishings create a stylish interior with a strong sense of mood, luxury and intimacy. The plush room décor and sleek modern lines blends rich golden colours with beiges and beech wood.
The LCD flat panel TV and entertainment console offers the latest technology in each suite’s separate lounge area. The guest bathrooms fuse clean white porcelain walls, marble top vanity units and picture hung mirrors – creating an atmosphere for relaxed bathing. Ten different room and suite categories feature throughout the hotel, each varying in size and location.
Executive Hotel Room : There are 16 hotel rooms located on floors four to seven. Eight have balconies. All have ensuite bathrooms with shower and separate bath, king size bed and mini bar. Rooms are in 28 square metres (300 square feet). Accommodates two persons.
Executive One Bedroom Suite :
There are 12 Executive One Bedroom Suites, all have king beds and feature balconies, as well as a separate lounge area, arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. Each has its own Resident's Bar and Nespresso coffee machine. Two suites are equipped with facilities for disabled persons. Rooms are in 50 square metres (540 square feet). Accommodates two persons.
Deluxe One Bedroom Suite :
The 28 Deluxe One Bedroom Suites have similar appointments to the Executive One Bedroom suites but are larger in size and have views South over Richardson Street. Each has its own Resident's Bar and Nespresso coffee machine. Four of these suites have sofa beds located in the living area and can accommodate one extra person. One suite is equipped with facilities for disabled persons. Rooms are in 52-66 square metres (560-710 square feet). Accommodates two persons up to three in larger suites.
Executive Two Bedroom Suite :
The six Executive Two Bedroom Suites are located on floors two, three and four. All feature balconies as well as lounges, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with king and twin beds. Lounge areas are arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. These suites have fully equipped kitchens. Rooms are in 78 square metres (840 square feet). Accommodates up to four persons.
Deluxe Two Bedroom Suite :
The six Deluxe Two Bedroom suites are located on floors five, six and seven. These have exactly the same appointments as the Executive Two Bedroom suites, but are located on higher floors, which afford views to the city and suburbs. Rooms are in 78 square metres (840 square feet). Accommodates up to four persons. All suites have balconies. All suites have separate lounge/dining areas and bedrooms
PENTHOUSE SUITES
The stylish and elegant 8th floor Penthouse Suites are sure to make any visit memorable! Five of the six suites on this level, derive their names from native hardwood timbers found throughout Western Australia. These special hardwoods have stunning hues and range from pinkish to earthy red, cream to yellowish-honey, golden tan to rich chocolate, through to various shades of sunburnt orange. The magnificently crafted wooden screen in the hotel lobby showcases the natural beauty of these local timbers and displays a sample of each.
The sixth, and largest, suite is named for the magnificent views it boasts from three balconies of nearby Kings Park and Botanic Garden.
Sandalwood Suite :
Features one bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath, as well as a separate lounge area arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. It has a full kitchen and bar stocked with a selection of food and beverages. There is a separate study with desk and sofabed which can accommodate an extra person. Rooms are in 75 square metres (810 square feet). Accommodates up to three persons.
Tuart Suite :
The Tuart Suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms featuring king and twin beds. They have a separate lounge area arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table, all opening on to balconies. This suite has a fully equipped kitchen and bar that is stocked with a selection of food and beverages, as well as a laundry. Rooms are in 82 square metres (885 square feet). Accommodates up to four persons.
Jarrah and Marri Suite :
These two suites are slightly larger in size than The Tuart Suite and feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms with king and twin beds. They have a separate lounge area arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table, all opening on to balconies. These suites have bars that are stocked with a selection of food and beverages. There are also laundries in each suite. Rooms are in 93 square metres (1,000 square feet).

Karri Suite :
The Karri Suite has two bathrooms and two bedrooms featuring king and twin beds. They have a separate lounge area arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table, all opening on to balconies. This suite has a fully equipped kitchen and bar that is stocked with a selection of food and beverages, as well as a laundry. There is a separate study with desk and sofabed which can accommodate an extra person. Rooms are in

Kings Park Suite :
The largest of all our suites, The Kings Park Suite, derives its names from the sensational view of this magnificent park that can be seen from any of its 3 balconies. Featuring 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and separate lounge area arranged with sofas, arm chairs and dining table. This suite has a fully equipped kitchen and bar that is stocked with a selection of food and beverages, as well as a laundry. There is also a separate study with desk. Rooms are in 167 square metres (1,800 square feet). Accommodates up to six persons.
